  Oh my goodness, there burgers are amazing! Having worked in a tavern that made hand pattied burgers from a 60+ year old recipe, I am a tad picky when it comes to burgers. These are so very delicious!

  Every other Hwy 55 I've been to is good. And this one used to be good, but the service has gone downhill horribly. The food isn't as good, and when you watch your waitress just wander around aimlessly and can't even just bring your drink order until you wave her down and remind her that you haven't got it. Then you watch one cook do nothing, while the other isn't exactly trying to get anything done, making people wait when it definitely isn't busy is ridiculous. It was nice having some place here in Pikeville to eat, but I'd rather drive a bit further and go to McDonalds than eat here again, which is saddening.
